New Survey Type: NPS Surveys and Email Notifications

Welcome to the blog. This is the first of many weekly update posts that will outline new features, updates to the software, or exciting developments with

This week, we’ve implemented a new online survey type, and added email notification features to get an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly update on how many survey responses your website is getting.

New survey type: Net Promoter Score

Net Promoter Score surveys (or NPS for short) are a way of gathering important feedback about what your visitors think about your website, and to find out whether or not they are going to tell others about your service.

Here’s an example NPS survey:

By calculating your NPS score, you can quickly find out whether your customers or website visitors are helping to spread your brand, or detracting from it. NPS is not the only factor you should consider, but it’s a quick and easy way to find potential issues you have in your customer relations.

New Feature: Survey Email Notifications

A popular feature of our WordPress Plugin was to be updated when new survey responses have come in. We’ve implemented this same feature into, but we’ve made it better. Now, you can choose the frequency of when you want survey response updates so that you’re not receiving an email every time someone responds. This makes the notifications much easier for high traffic websites who will get hundreds of survey responses per hour.

You can find this new feature under “Survey Settings” in the main menu:

And you can change your frequency under “Notification Frequency”

We’ve also updated MARE with some bug fixes that should smooth out your experience in creating and editing surveys.
